Alterations to "Dolls House"

This is a small “dolls house” on a very small site in North Sydney. It was in a dilapidated state when our clients approached us – we found that it had no footings. Apart from the underpinning and other structural work required, much effort was spent on integrating the interior and courtyard. From joinery to furnishings – everything was “designed”. The builder was brilliant. By the time it was finished the simple building was completely transformed.
