One of the first privately developed commercial buildings to be designed to 5 Star Green Star standard - which was the highest standard in 2006. The building has been recognised for both its architectural design as well as its sustainable features and has won over 6 awards including the RAIA NSW Commercial Building Award and the API NSW Environmental Award. The four storey commercial building located in the heart of Double Bay incorporates rainwater harvesting, blackwater recycling, passive sunshading, low embodied energy materials and “stack-effect” natural ventilation.

In 2019-2023, Eeles Trelease were commissioned to add an additional 2 residential storeys and adjacent commercial infill which incorporated all of the sustainable features of the original commercial building as well as generous terrace areas to the residential.
